Canadian broadcasters TVO Kids and Knowledge Network have picked up Paw Patrol, a new Nickelodeon preschool series. Guru brought to life Spin Master Entertainment's CGI animated toon, which is based on a concept by Keith Chapman, Bob the Builder.
