The "15 Minutes of Fame" festival of shorts was founded in 2008 by husband-and-wife filmmakers Ray and Migdalia Etheridge. The Etheridges are included in a panel of judges who select films for their excellence in creativity, entertainment value, and technical merits. The focus is to bring together the works of talented filmmakers from across the U.S., and around the globe.
