We are pleased to share the news today that Pikwik Pack and PAW Patrol received multiple Canadian Screen Award Nominations including Best Preschool Series and Best Direction, Animation!

This is Pikwik Pack’s first CSA Nomination and we couldn’t be prouder to be recognized by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television. A huge congratulations to Ted Bastien, Todd Kauffman and Mark Thornton for the Director nominations and to all the amazing artists at Guru who help bring these shows to life.

In addition to Best Preschool Series and Best Direction, Pikwik Pack was also nominated for Best Original Music, and PAW Patrol was nominated for Best Writing, Animation and Best Sound, Animation. Combined the two shows received a total of 7 Canadian Screen Award Nominations!

The Canadian Screen Awards nominations were announced today in 141 film, television, and digital media categories by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television (the Canadian Academy).

The Awards will broadcast on CBC and CBC Gem on Sunday, April 10 at 8:00 PM (9:00 PM AT / 9:30 PM NT), with the continuation of virtual events for the remainder of Canadian Screen Week 2022 taking place from Monday, April 4, 2022 to Sunday, April 10, 2022.
